Mum And Baby Yoga
This is a great opportunity to ease yourself back into exercise after the birth of a baby. The postures and poses are specially designed to include your newborn in a relaxed and safe environment.
Benefits include restoring a sense of well-being for Mum through gentle exercise and breathing techniques. We work on strengthening and toning the muscles of the abdominals, pelvic floor and back. The relaxed atmosphere in our group classes allow mums a chance to de-stress as well as meet other mums in a social environment.
For baby, the focus is stimulating healthy development and promoting better sleep and a more settled behaviour. This is a special time for parent and baby to bond and interact. Dads are also welcome of course!
Suitable after 6 weeks after birth (10 weeks after caesarean birth).
Private Sessions
Individual or Group Mum and Baby or Postnatal Mum only yoga sessions can be booked at a time that is convenient to you.
