In times like this of heightened human emotion and anxiety, It is so important to take care of our physical and mental health. Sometimes, thats the only thing we can do. Healing can come in many forms – physical, emotional and spiritual. Holistic therapies can be a powerful support system for us all.

Yoga is a wonderful practice which can effectively be complimented with meditation, nutrition and healing to bring about an overall feeling of Wellness. I am particularly interested in the flow of energy (‘prana’, ‘chi’) and you will find i refer to ‘chakras’ in many of my guided meditations.

Chakra’s are energy centres in our body through which energy flows through. There are 7 main chakras, each relating to our physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual states of being.

Root Chakra Healing

I offer 1-1 Chakra Reading & Crystal Healing sessions which help restore a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system, re-balancing you emotionally, mentally and physically. 

The practice of Chakra Healing is an old and powerful therapy, traditionally passed down from teacher to teacher. I feel honoured to have been passed down this specialism by a lineage of teachers tracking back to ancient India.

Chakra Balancing sessions begin with gentle physical movement for activation of the Chakras, followed by a pendulum reading of each center with guidance on how to keep or get them flowing optimally. I finish with a clearing of each chakra using the powerful healing properties of crystals.

In order to work on cultivating the deep and powerful properties of this system, please allow 1.5hrs for this session. Wear comfortable layered clothing. If possible, bring a ring that you regularly wear for the pendulum reading. Contact Shannel for more information.
