Private Classes

Private lessons can take place at my home studio, or in the comfort of your own home at a time that’s convenient for you. During these Covid affected times, lessons can be conducted online.

1-1 sessions or a maximum group of 3 can be arranged on request. 

Bespoke classes are designed around you and your personal needs and experience.

If you’re interested in working towards a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance or strength, or if you have injuries or health concerns, 1-1 sessions may be the solution for you. 

Emphasis can also be placed beyond the physical aspects to relaxation and meditational practices, such as Yoga Nidra.
